Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Canada and the US. If you would like to purchase a product outside North America, please email us at info@purityoubotanicals.com and we can get a shipping quote for you.
All orders are currently shipped from Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this applies to your order, we will notify you.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on location and carrier operations.
- Canada — Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- United States — Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on all Canadian orders of $65 CAD or more (before taxes and discounts).
Orders below this threshold are charged a flat rate of $11.90 CAD.
Shipping rates for U.S. orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via ground/surface delivery by default.
If you require expedited shipping or a specific courier service, please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.
Some carriers may have limitations delivering to PO Boxes. To avoid delays, we recommend providing a physical address at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. A confirmation email is sent after every order—we encourage you to review it promptly.
We are unable to modify or redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Purityou Botanicals is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Unclaimed & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or being unclaimed, we can arrange reshipment once it has been received back at our facility.
Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 4–8 weeks for returned packages to be processed and received.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at info@purityoubotanicals.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description
- Photos of the product and packaging
Please retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
We will review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.
Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier disruptions are outside our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Unclaimed or refused shipments
If an issue arises, we will do our best to support you in resolving it with the carrier.
