Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Purityou Botanicals is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 14 days of delivery
- Orders placed with a discount of 10% or more
- Sale or promotional items
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
Final Sale Items
Orders placed with a promotional discount of 10% or more, or items marked as sale, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
